Hi. I left Virgin Media in March this year, but have still yet to receive the returns packaging, and contacting Virgin has been nigh on impossible. Can you let me know what I can do?
I left the country, and I don't want to be charged for very old equipment, but at the same time it is currently being stored at an old neighbours house (who is checking the mail almost daily) but also will soon be moving! Trying to find responsive contact details for Virgin or even trying to contact them on Social Media really has ruined the entire experience of a previously long relationship.
