Returning Equipment

Hi, we are leaving the UK shortly. We have arranged for our service to be cancelled. We were told that  prepaid box would be arriving to return our equipment, but nothing has arrived. We have called Virgin repeatedly but given misinformation. One representative told us that they'd ship the box after we left, which obviously is not helpful. (The last representative told us to go to a store to drop it off, which is both not effective and is illegal since all stores are closed.) We are unable to get the box despite repeated requests.

We'd like to avoid any kind of dispute with Virgin over the equipment because of Virgin's failure. How do we solve?
