I am a student and have moved home due to lockdown so cancelled the wifi package at my uni accommodation at the end of April. I was asked to return the equipment so I am having to ask someone who lives near to check for the return bag/box. We have not yet received the box/bag for returns and don't want to be charged extra as I was told I only had 30 days to return it?
Any recommendations on what I should do?
