I cancelled my package with Virgin Media on the 25/10/2022 and still have not received a box to return the Virgin Media Equipment, can anyone help?
Not all equipment needs returning.

I was told I did need to send the router back and they would send out a box for returning them in. Sadly, this hasn’t be received yet.

I'm so sorry to hear you've not yet received your pre paid packaging. Could you request another kit here ?
You can also email EquipmentReturns@virginmedia.co.uk with your account number and area code (off the top of your bill) and your returns pack will arrive in 7 to 10 days.
Alternatively, contact CollectPlus for help sending your package.
