Returning Equipment after leaving

I've been waiting in all day for someone from VM to collect my old equipment. They definitely haven't called. 

As its now past 17:30  is it likely they will come at all?

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that your equipment has not been collected yet! Were you given a time slot for the collection?

If you're not wanting to reschedule a collection appointment, you can order a pre-paid equipment returns bag through our website free of charge. This would be delivered directly to your door for free and you'd just need to drop this off at a collection point.
