Returning Customer Unable To Set Up My Virgin Media Account
I have returned after 2 years with BT and I'm trying to set up my account. I have kept my email address from 2 years ago which i still want to be my username but obviously it thinks it's in use. How do I create the account with my old details (Like I'd never been away) ?
