Hi there. I recently finished with VM and have returned the broadband router via Yodel as instructed (posted the box on 19 Dec 2023). But I kept being reminded about returning the router and today I even got an email saying VM offers to send someone to pickup the router from my door.
This is rather annoying. I wonder if someone from the VM team could help confirm receipt of the router that I have returned (I can provide the customer parcel receipt of Yodel as proof) so that VM will stop bugging me about returning the router.

Most likely with the festive period it hasn't been scanned in by our warehouse yet, once it does you will get an email so please do not worry. Cheers
