I have not been with Virgin since 2018. I received a text and email stating that multiple items had now been received in the warehouse so I will be refunded. I do not have a Virgin Account anymore and I do not know why it has taken this long.

There were no links attached. It looks like a paper statement. It seems right in that I had two boosters during my time with virgin. The text I deleted as I thought it might just be a scam message, but the email at a similar time made me think it could be correct. I tried to access my account to see if this was actually virgin however due to the time elapsed my account is closed.
