I contacted Virgin Media earlier today about a payment taken by Virgin for £145.59 which was £113 .50 too much and was told that it could take up to 45 days. I was appalled that Virgin has my money and not returning it straight away.  A couple of days should be the maximum time. Could you arrange for this to happen as I am not prepared to wait for 45 days. Thank you
