I have recently called to get my services cancelled as i was not happy with the services/Price and i could get a much cheaper deal elsewhere (or as a new customer).
The next day i got a call from a member of the 'loyalty' Team, saying that they could honour the deal i was looking for (£79 Oomph Deal).
I was told i would get an email confirming, unfortunately i have received nothing and my cancellation is still in process.
I have since spoken to customer services who are telling me there is no note on the account? Please can someone help?
