Hello could someone help me please I paid my bill today n they said they will send a signal for restore services this was today at 2 Iv tried to ring technical team and told me that it will be on in a couple of hours still waiting Iv no services everything still off no channels doing my head in lol ty

When you were in the same situation a few months ago, you were advised that reconnection can take up to 24 hours:

I am very sorry for any delays in getting the service back up and running following the payment.
I have taken a look from my side and it does look like everything is now in order.
You can amend your WiFI settings via your set top box by visiting Settings and then Network.
Just to ensure we understand what you mean, are you currently tethering to your set top box?
