I am struggling to log on to my virgin media account on my tablet and laptop. I have forgotten the password so have clicked the appropriate link.
I am then asked a security question which is then refused as wrong.
I then click the link for forgotten security question and I am asked to enter account number area reference, date of last bill and bill amount. I enter this yet it is returned stating information has not been entered correctly, at this point the pound sign changes to a question mark.
I have tried calling, but all lines are closed. I have tried the message service but told I need to ring.
