Reset password

Just wondering if someone can help. Trying to change my password for logging in to my virgin media and it’s saying bill details are wrong when they aren’t.

Have you perhaps moved house since setting up your original account?  Sometimes the old account isn't properly moved across and this can lead to such problems.

Nah, I’ve never moved house. I phoned up a few weeks ago to get the email address and password changed cause it’s in my uncles name and he’s old and forgot all that and they said it was changed but it won’t let me log in at all. Will just need to phone them today. Thank you though.

If you can give us a call with your Uncle present we can make the appropriate changes with him to allow you to log into the account
