Sorry to say, I'm having the same issue. Only just joined VM too...

Many thanks for the reply.

I'm unable to create a new password for my Virgin Media account - I'm informed each time that my chosen password does not meet the requirements and there's an 'x' next to the 'must not contain username' in the password.

Obviously, I've tried numerous passwords but to no avail.
