Require email address for bereavement team to send back form
My dad recently passed away and I am dealing with his accounts. I was relieved to see that there was a form that I could download, fill in, and send back which would save me contacting anyone as it is upsetting dealing with these matters. However, upon filling out the bereavement form in order to disconnect services I realised there is no email address to return to. I find this to be shockingly stupid! I have had to spend ages going through the website trying to find the elusive email address. I have now spent over an hour and a half on the live chat and I am still no further forward. Can someone in the community or an administrator point me to the email address if I have missed it.
