Require VAT invoice for services

Hello,

I've spent all morning speaking to the call centre about getting tax invoices for my bills, I require this in order to expense my internet to my employer who covers the cost. So far it has been impossible to get this, I keep being told this is not something they can do and they do not provide tax invoices. I've seen a few posts on here with people getting help with this from members of staff, could someone help me with this?
