Replacement box delivery time

Spoke to customer services 7 days ago and they decided my box needed to be replaced. As of yet no delivery of new box, no email to confirm anything, and On my account page it says no open orders. Is there a way to check this order has even gone through, as I don't really want to phone customer services and be on hold for over 1 hour again. What is the average delivery time for a new box that I said I could set up myself as it might have been better to say I needed an engineer to fit it, that way I would have at least known when it was coming.
