Can someone from Virgin please advise on how I arrange for my external brown box to be repaired / replaced please? The cover has broken away so cannot be reattached.

I'm sorry to hear about this. For clarification, are you currently a customer with us, with an active service? The main post identifies a broken exterior box, is this the same for you, or are you looking for the box to be removed entirely?
