I received an email from virgin media asking me if id like to renew my contract for a little extra a month. I accepted and received the contract via email on the 11th of December but this hasn't been actioned. I have tried to get this sorted via WhatsApp chat but without any joy. Can i just get the contract activated? Who do i need to speak to?
