Hi I'm making an enquiry I'm not happy my contract is up 14/1/23 I have received emails for a renewal which I have taken three times three different prices which I have pre contract for all of them but today logged in they charged me full price 124.78 the 3 offers I got were 63 66 and 58 what can I do I'm really frustrated and angry I have told them that they have to honour it they said best they can do is 110

We are sorry to hear there has been some issues with your renewal. 

The online orders can take around 15 days to be completed on our side.

When was the new deal taken please?

Contract summary emails should also have the option to accept/apply the deal. This needs to accepted by the customer for it to go through successfully.
