This is a bit of a long one, i will apologise now!
So i was up for renewal of contract in June this year, spoke to a chap who had it slightly cheaper then i was paying all good. Had pre- contract info by email, 24 hours later still no contract.
Rang spoke to a lady who told me i had not made a new contract, i said yes i did yesterday. No this has been cancelled, not by me was my reply. No we cancelled it, you cannot have that package for the price quoted which is 54.00.
I rand again the next day and spoke to someone different, went through everything, general sorry for that madam, said he could get it for 58.00so i agreed , pre-contract info sent no contract arrives, gave it a few days still nothing.
Yet another call this time someone in the UK, explained everything to him, he was looking at my account and said because i was offered it at 54.00 they have to honour that price.
Lots of mistakes in the previous contract and the second one were brought to light, including that fact the second person i spoke to had actually added a sim card to my account without telling me then had cancelled it so he thought no one would find out.
Once this was all sorted i quoted 77.00 i was told this is not what i would be paying as they would apply credits to my account and my bill would be brought down to 62.00 per month. He said he was getting his supervisor or manager to look at it and apply further reductions to bring it back to 54.00.
I would then get a new contract, new contract never arrived.
Further reductions were not applied, in fact i complained about the person adding a sim to my account to get a standard sorry heres 15.00 off your next bill.
Every month the bill is still in correct, it states 77.00 i click to pay says 62.00, the next months bill comes in says i owe money from the previous month which i do not.
I have literally spent the afternoon printing things off to send with a complaint.
Now my phone line runs through my hub, i work from home i am on the phone all the time.
I have had countless times during the day where my phone line drops out because my broadband has dropped, i have volt broadband, i have not even addressed this with VM yet, this is next on my list, it got to the point i have had BT put me in a phone line at my expense just to be able to work, my net is a nightmare, i have a pod, i have sockets with built in wifi extenders still my net drops out, but that is another issue.
If i had my way i would literally be cancelling but it will cost me an arm and a leg to do so, any advice ,solutions would be great!

Exactly the problem I've been having. They say you can have a deal, then don't honour it. Then somebody gives you a different price which you reject. Then somebody offers you the deal again, and they won't honour it. They promise callbacks and never call.
