My initial contract is coming to an end and I have received an email offering me a special price to sign up for another 18 months.
The email states that I will continue with everything that I currently have but I need to know whether Netflix Standard and TNT Sports are still included as they are not stated on the package details.

Regarding TNT Sports, that's now a separate add-on and costs £18 per month.
As for Netflix, we'd suggest contacting the customer relations to get clarity on the situation with that. The best number to call them on is 0345 454 1111 (Option one, then four, then four), or 150 from a Virgin Media landline or Virgin Mobile.
