Renew Contract

I have the same problem.

My contract runs out in a month.  Renegotiated a new contract yesterday - slightly more than what i have been paying. Virginmedia e mailed me new contract showing new payment - which i was ok with - so agreed new contract for 18 months at £66 per month (which is shown on new contract).

This morning i have another e mail from VM re new contract which shows an amount of £136.00 per month, logged on to my VM account and this contract is there, and not the one i agreed to which was sent to me yesterday.

Its getting ridiculous and every time you ring to try to attempt to speak to someone you are kept waiting for ever.
