I want to remove the child block from my broadband. Just today got everything connected and it has a child block on it.
also need help with making an signing up on the website with my account - I have received no email with my account number ect to sign up!
You can turn this off yourself by going to https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/onlinesecurity/websafe/settings.html you will need to sign into your account to be able to do this.
To allow you to sign in I have escalated this to a forum team member to resolve.
