Removing TV & Phone

Hope somebody can help for the last 2 weeks i have wanted to remove the TV & Phone as we simply do not use it... every time i sign in if i go to change my package its says, ooops sorry this page is not working..... if i call 150 it just apologises for busy lines... i have a very busy day most days so this is taking un necessary time... please help !

This will need to be done via customer services unfortunately, the best way to reach them without a lengthy queue time is at 8am by calling 0345 454 1111 options 1-1-4-4... you may well get a nice offer for the broadband service too.
