Having joined virgin 3 weeks ago I'm unable to create an account as I was a customer with the same email address around 6 years ago. There's no solution to this issue at the moment.
As such i can't view my bills and manage general things such as the websafe filter. Is it possible for someone to remove this for me?
Have you tried to register using an email address that hasn't been used with us previously?
This should resolve this for you.
