I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble when registering an account. So we can assist you further, can you please tell me what you are attempting to sign up to? Is it our My Virgin Media, or another service of ours?

Are you getting any specific error messages when attempting to register? Can you please also provide the direct link you're using when registering?
