Registering new account

Hi,

I've recently signed up to your broadband service, and i recieved a area reference and account number which i tried to use to register a new account. However, when i try to enter these details on the webpage it just refreshes the page and nothing happens?

Is this a known issue, is there any resolution to this?

Welcome to our Community Forum and sorry to hear you're having problems registering for a new online account.

 

Can you elaborate on what happens after entering the details? Are there are error messages for example?

 

Without divulging personal information, can you check whether your account number has a zero at the start? If so, please try it without the zero.

hi,

 

there are no error messages, it just kinda refreshes?

it does start with a 0, however it wont be a 9 digit number therefore wont let me register.
