Registering my Virgin media account.

Been almost 2 years of trying, phone calls lost count how much time I’ve waisted. Been promised that the problem will be resolved still no joy. Does anyone at virgin media actually know how to fix any problems.  I was even told that my IPhone is not compatible with the app.  I even let them try & register with my details & they couldn’t.

I'm really sorry that you've been having problems registering for an online account for quite a while. I can appreciate you'd like to get this fixed soon as you've been waiting some time already. 

 

Can you let me know exactly what happens when you try to register for an account please?

Been through the process of registration time and time again and this is what I get.

Thanks for that. 

That error would sometimes indicate that your services haven't been installed, however this isn't the case if you've been using them for the past two years. 

I'll need to take a closer look at your account from here so I'll pop you a personal message and see how we can get this sorted.
