New customer to Virgin, why is it so hard to register for an account? I have only been active for 4 days and im already pulling my hair out about registering. Why tell customers we can register once we get an email and then upon install im still trying to register 4 days later. Get passed from pillar to post on the phone and get cut off from the agent, live chat takes about an hour and half and still counting to get through for such a simple query!
Can someone please help as im now starting to re-consider as within 14 day cooling off period..... and whats the use in having virgin go when cant even use it!
