I can’t register for my virgin media account it gives me a fault reply everytime

Sorry to see that you've been having issues registering for your care account.
Can you tell me if you've been able to try different browsers at all? Can you also tell me if you've attempted to clear the cache on your browsers also?
If you're also able to advise us of what error messages you see on the screen that would be most helpful
