Registering account

I have been trying to sign into my account with Virgin since the weekend.

I keep on getting an error message that the site is undergoing maintenance when I try to reset the password - it tells me I already have an active account when I enter my email address.

Can someone please advise me when it will be back up and running?

Welcome to our Community Forum and sorry to hear that you're unable to sign into your account.

 

This is a known issue and we don't have an estimate fix time. However our Technical Team is currently working hard with a fix and thank you for your patience.
