Registering Virgin Media Account

I have been trying to complete my registration for over a week and everytime it says you will received an email to verify your account I get nothing.  I have checked main mailbox and spam and still nothing.

Can anyone help me with this issue? All I want to do is manage my account so that I do not have to call anyone.
