Hello, I registered online with my email address but accidently forgot to add a letter to it and now I cant access the account because I am unable to verify the email address.

 

Can you help me change to the correct email address please?

Hello, I am trying to register for an online account but it requests my account number and area ref. I dont have either on my contract or bill. Can you help with this please?

Sorry to hear you're having issues access your online account. 

I can see on our systems that you have spoken with the team regarding the account. Can you advise are you referring to a business account or a residential account?

I have 2 accounts, one is a business account and one is a home account.

I can investigate this further for you to see if we can amend the email, if not we can also raise an IT ticket to make the change if they are able.

You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
