Regarding contract

Does anyone know any other way of contacting virgin media I’ve been trying for long time to get through on phone but due to corona half the staff home my contract is coming to a end I wanted to see what they could offer me maybe removing phone line and just keeping broadband but theirs no online chat no facebook online chat like sky tv has and even online all u can do in my account page is upgrade what a surprise they want money but you can’t remove or change package

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send a text with a description of what you would like  (regrade) to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  0345 454 1111, (150 from a Virgin landline) but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
