I recently moved house and cancelled my account with Virgin media
I received a final bill and paid it right away- then had a returns bag to send all the kit back which unduly did
i then had an email to say the kit had been returned snd £40 would be deducted from my final Bill .....already PAID!!!!
since then I’ve tried contacting virgin in a variety of ways but been told my account doesn’t exist anymore ???
shouldnt I get a refund ??
the whole thing is ridiculous
why send a final bill that needs immediate settlement before knowing if it was final? Surely you wait for the kit to be returned first ????
I need my refund - not just told my account closed ?!!!!
