I was due a refund for 114 from virgin on the 20th of this month, when I spoke to customer service they said that it was processed and I shouldn't worry, 7 days later the money is still not in, when I spoke to my bank they said they need an ARN number, when you ask for that from virgin no one seems to understand what that is and passes the buck down the line. The online chat takes hours for anyone to respond. Have they even processed it? From their end they say its done, but have given me no proof, next step is ombudsmen and raising a dispute with the bank, times are hard so could really do with the cash. Any ideas?
