Refund

Hi I returned my equipment to virgin, I'm in credit, waiting for my refund. 

Does anyone know how long you have to wait for the cheque? 

I have tried contacting/messaging no one is giving me a straight answer. 

This has been going on a while before the virus.

Thank you 

All the equipment was returned and recieved on the 12th march so do I wait 45 days from then? 

Will they automatically send a cheque or will I need to keep pestering them.

I requested my refund via cheque around the end of January. They said it would take 45 days. Working days i guess as i am still waiting!!!

Absolutely disgusting waiting all that time for one's own money!
