I was supposed receive a refund cheque from Virgin Media after I was overcharged for my final bill. I was told that I was going to receive a cheque for the refund within 45 days on the 16th February 2022 however it has now been over the 45 day period and the cheque has still not arrived and I have not had any updates which is very frustrating!!!
