Refund of credit

I have recently terminated my services with Virgin Media and am owed a refund of £50.12 according to the bill dated 28th September 2023.

Could you please arrange for the refund to be reimbursed ASAP?

If you are waiting on a refund these are sent out by cheque refunds once the final bill and any equipment has been sent back to us.

Overall this can take up to 45 days and it will come in the post delivered by Royal Mail. Cheers
