Refund of Credit Amount

Broadband account is in credit because of making a payment (in the hope of being able to change the direct debits at an earlier stage). Direct debit was taken from the old account, and I've been able to set up the new one, but £62 credit now needs to be refunded and there's no way of doing this.

Please advise ASAP.

i don't believe it is refunded, rather it is used for any upcoming bills.

Thanks for your post and for reaching out to the community forums. If there is a credit on the account, then it will go towards the upcoming bill. If you are asking for the funds to be returned instead of credited, @spgray and @gary_dexter would be correct that it would require speaking with the billing team to have a refund set up.

Thank you for the help. It seems it has gone towards the next bill, which is an issue, as I'm required to have two direct debits coming out of my account to keep it open. I could never find a number for anyone, let alone billing - why are the contact numbers so illusive?! Could you give me the right number please?

If you are calling from a virgin media landline, you can call 150 alternatively if you are calling from your mobile, you can get hold of the team on 0345 454 1111.

hardly elusive, the contact phone number is plastered everywhere.
even googling "virgin contact number" will give you the number.
