We gave notice to end our service for 28th August and eventually got a final bill for a credit amount. I advised customer services of the new address for communications and also set up a mail forwarding with Royal Mail but to date, six weeks later have not received the refund. I’ve tried emailing and online messaging but have had no response at all. Any idea what to do next?
My apologies you've not received a refund. If you've given notice on 28th August, was the disconnection of the account on the 28th September, or around this date as per the thirty days notice policy? If so, then the cheque is sent out thirty five days after disconnection, so your cheque would be being sent on or around the 30th October.
