Refund cheque / text support isn't helping

Hi,

I left Virgin Media at the end of May (moved out of the area) and am £46.47 in credit. I know Virgin has my new address since they sent me the kit to return the router - which I did immediately, and received confirmation a few days later.

I've not seen any refund cheque or notification that one is on the way. The online messaging to support doesn't seem to work at all, I've waited ten minutes on the phone a couple of times and nobody's picking up, and as you can see in the attached image text support isn't working either.

Can someone please assist?

Sorry to see you're still waiting for a cheque refund.
