Refund after cancellation

Hi, we cancelled our internet and had an email regarding being refunded £22 due to paying over when our internet was disconnected. We got the email 23rd March but since I have not heard anything else regarding how or when we will receive this? Could someone please inform me when it is likely to receive the refunded money? Virgin have picked up their equipment already.

Refunds are done via cheque, thirty five days after the cancellation date on the account.
