Good evening, I wonder if someone would be able to help me please.
I have held a Virgin account since day dot when it was Ntl/Cable and Wireless, so all the bills etc have been in my name. Today my partner has received a refund cheque in his name for an old account number, which is very strange as he has never ever had an account with Virgin. Could it be that Virgin have made an error, if so how would we go about changing the cheque name, if indeed it should have been made out in my name.
It's all very confusing!
