Referral £50 not received!

I referred a friend with the £50 referral scheme which should mean that after the first months both my friend and I should have received a £50 credit on our accounts, my friend has received this but I haven’t? Why is this and what should I do about it? I have called customer services 3 times about it and each time they have told me it will be added within the next 24 hours and it never has, The last call when they said this was about 2 weeks ago.
