Apologies for the delays in receiving the referral, can I ask how did you sign up to the package?

Was it via a link given or through an Aklamio representative?

Please click this 👉 link to see the guidance of how to refer a friend/family member. The referee should receive a unique link and code which then they need to use to sign up with, in order for the referral process to begin. If it was done any other way, for example, you gave us a call to let us know about the referral, it wouldn't process through as it needs to be done via the link way. 

Are you the the person who made the referral or are you the referee?

Hi, I am awaiting any referral reward after signing up to Virgin. I was provided a code from a friend. When I signed up I did it via telephone. The sales person told me they could do the referral code thing their side and so I went ahead with signing up on the phone. I am yet to know anything about the reward. 60 days have passed. Who do I contact to pursue the reward. I am signed up to Aklaimo but no reward is showing,

We're sorry to hear you're still awaiting an update or the receipt of your sign up reward, we understand the concerns this can cause and appreciate you raising this via the forums.


We have help here in regards to rewards and gifts associated with orders, can you confirm what the reward was? You mentioned you signed up via a call? 



My understanding was that it was a £60 cash reward for by myself and my friend for a referral signing up to Virgin's M135 package. Said friend gave me a referral code which I in turn gave to the salesperson I spoke to at Virgin.

The reward may have been a credit applied to your Virgin Media account, have you had any months where the bill was lower or a credit applied at all?


Does it also show on your contract from signing up or have you received any email confirmation?



My account does not show any credit. I received two bills both of which are normal and expected. I did not receive any emails confirming the reward and my contract PDF does not mention it. I had assumed that as the refer a friend offer is well publicised and that the salesperson I signed up with took a code and said they could sort it their side, I thought no more of it and waited for it to arrive.
