Hi Adhleigh, Thanks for responding. We didn't do all this upfront and online prior. Basically what happened is a virgin engineer was doing sone work for my neighbour -they've had virgin for a while, anyway the virgin engineer needed to temporarily access the phone access point on my property. No problem. We all git chatting, the engineer said if I was thinking of moving to virgin that not onlybwoukd my broadband speed improve.....it has massively, but that the engineer woukd get £15 bonus, my neighbour£50 and me £50.
When I calledvirgin to swittch To virgin, the sales woman agreed, took my neighbours details , ad in address and name and said I would receive £50 as a refund 60 days after having the service.
Uts been longer than 60 days. I have not been able to get a sensible answer from anyone at virgin. Tried the WhatsApp service...I think I repeated myself 10 times....went through security about 6 separate times....all in the 1 chat over about 10 days.
I need to speak to someone to explain as during the sales call it was confirmed I would get it....yet no refund yet and getting through to anyone with a modicum....I guess of Authority and understanding that can expedite it would help. K ow any numbers?
