Refer a friend

I have been sent an email to say I can bag a bigger bonus if I refer a friend. Please can you let me know at what stage you can claim this, is it after the installation date?

To avoid being played, one could expect the friend has to commence paying for a new service and has to exceed any cooling off period.

Hi @HollyRezaie 

You should find the following page will answer most refer a friend questions

https://virginmedia.aklamio.com/ 

Basically though  the reward isn't payable if your friend cancels before installation or delivery, or within 14 days of either. (the cooling off period) providing they've registered correctly

You should then receive your reward 60 days after the end of the colling off period
