Hello, I referred a member of the family for a new virgin package and this new way of using an external company seems to have failed.
They used the link I sent them to sign up but it wasn’t appearing on my referral account or theirs.
The company’s advice was the cancel the order and start it all over again which obviously is a non option now the credit check and start date have been completed.
Can anyone help?
